Right now I’m learning a cool programming language, which is c sharp. It’s a language invented by Microsoft and is the base for building future windows applications based on the .net infrastructure. It has been implemented in Linux too, because it is an international ecma-iso standard. The .net equivalent in Linux is called Mono, and anyone can run C sharp applications either in Windows or Linux. Linux, though, is missing a powerful ide to implement c sharp applications. Monodevelop can’t beat Visual Studio. Visual Studio is the greatest tool to implement applications based on the .net and provides an awesome debugger to catch bugs. Linux, does not have yet such a powerful application. I suppose that as time goes by, Linux will try to catch up with Microsoft, but now Microsoft beats Linux in this very specific area. The future promises a lot in this area. So much fun!!
