Learning a new language under Linux

If there is a good platform to learn a new language, this is Linux. Linux has at least two wonderful tools to broaden your vocabulary skills. These tools are Kvoctrain and Kwordquiz. They allow you to enter new vocabulary that you may come across and then check it to memorize it. They are just like the famous flashcards, but with additional features.
These tools have been developed with the Qt libraries for kde, but they run smoothly under Gnome, my favourite platform 😉
