Room 101

Room 101 was the room in George Orwell’s 1984 which contained “the worst thing in the world”. The things you like a lot and those things you can’t stand at all. Room 101 was put into a BBC tv/radio show which interviewed celebrities about their likes and dislikes. This program finished quite a long time ago but it was quite interesting. Everybody has likes and dislikes and what’s interesting is that not everybody agrees on some subjects. That’s perhaps the root of all sorts of problems in the everyday life. So, why the world is in a turmoil impossible to get out of it? Because people do not agree on those things that should be put in the room 101. Now the world is bogged down in trying times and for some people the current situation is just fantastic. Again, Why? Because they take advantage of it, they are earning a lot out of times of uncertainty, fear and death. For others, it’s just horrible and have to face the consequences of this period of gloom and doom.
